Benevolence Fund Application

At Foothills Neighborhood Church, we believe that the gospel of Jesus Christ should be shared through both word and deed. The Benevolence Fund was established to support our members with their ministry to people with financial need. If, as a member of FNC, you have an opportunity to show someone the love of Christ in this way and would like the church to partner with you, please fill out the application below. Requests will be granted based on the application and available funds.

Please give a brief explanation why financial aid is needed and what it will be used for.

Amount Requested

Each request for financial aid is limited to $100, but there is no limit as to how many requests can be made for need that is ongoing. If your application is approved, you will be assigned a contact through whom updates and additional requests can be made.

Amount Matched

While matching is not required, we encourage the applicant to personally support the beneficiary, if able.
